When I try to track my USPS package at www.USPS.com, why is the information not updated?
We ship all packages within 96 hours. As soon as we submit your package to USPS, it is scanned into their tracking system. Unfortunately, USPS has the tendency to update their tracking information ONLY when the package has arrived at the local sort facility (your post office). Please allow 6 business days from the day we submit your order to USPS for the tracking information to be updated. At which time, you should receive your package the same or next day. There can be some delays in delivery time
due to recent changes in Processing and Distribution Center in Tallevast, Sarasota - FL.
What are your shipping times (Domestic only)?
All orders are shipped directly to our customers 6 days a week Monday-Saturday. Processing time is 2-4 business days, after received cleared payment. Shipping is FREE for all domestic orders. T-shirts will be shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. If you need Priority upgrade, please contact us prior the purchase. Orders of 2 and more t-shirts will get FREE PRIORITY MAIL upgrade. Customer Service is available 24/7.
